ZTEX was awarded the Colca Office Earthwork Contract by Sun City Builders of El Paso. The project was an office building located off Freight Lane. The contract included clearing and grubbing, cut to fill, import of materials for the building pad, finish grading and subgrade prep for a building pad and paving areas, as well as concrete work and asphalt paving for the parking lot.
