This project required 209 acres of site preparation for Santa Teresa, NM 20MW Power Plant. The job included challenging site work with the critical requirement of balancing the site. ZTEX Construction Inc. utilized its experience in the area and soil to overcome the inherent challenges and completed the project in two months. This project was one month ahead of schedule without any safety incidents or requests for change orders. The outcome was a balanced site, which was finish graded to within .05.’
