ZTEX was selected as a subcontractor by EMJ Construction for a project located off Joe Battle Blvd. and North Zaragoza Road. The ten-acre site is the location of a new 52,000-square foot shopping center which includes a Gander Mountain. ZTEX performed all earthwork and asphalt paving activities, which includes clearing and grubbing, over-excavation, site grading and building pad construction. ZTEX also completed the storm sewer and SWPPP.
