The local civil contractor, ZTEX Construction Inc, was subcontracted by Dallas-based, EMJ Corporation for the North Hills Crossing project located off of Gateway Blvd. South and Martin Luther Kind Jr. Blvd. The contract included site earthwork and utilities, deceleration lanes, asphalt paving and erosion control. North Hills Crossing was the second project in which ZTEX and EMJ worked together, the first was The Fountains at Farah.
