The Horizon Group contracted ZTEX Construction Inc. to develop 100 acres for the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso, also known as the Sun Valley Outlet Mall, in El Paso, TX. This project was performed on a critical schedule of three months and included over 1,000,000 cubic yards of excavation. Furthermore, ZTEX served as the General Contractor for all civil work on this project.
