ZTEX has partnered with Desert View Homes since 2015 on Sky View Estates Subdivision. The project began with Phase I and proceeded with Phase II in 2016 and Phase III in 2018. Sky View Estates is over 90-acres for future housing development South of Pellicano Drive in El Paso, TX. ZTEX is proud to be part of this development in El Paso, and always looking forward to working with Desert View Homes.
