Fountains at Farah

Centergy Retail opened The Fountains at Farah, bringing to El Paso a 500,000 square foot power-town center, a combination of the power center, junior anchors with smaller lifestyle tenants. Located on approximately 55 acres, this project was one of the largest retail developments in the US during a very difficult economic period. ZTEX served as the civil contractor during both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this project, doing the mass excavation, roadway prep, and pad site prep.

CLIENT COMMENTS

Dear Mr. Ortiz,

It is with great confidence that I put forward this recommendation of ZTEX Construction Inc., and its President Richard Ortiz.  EMJ Construction has worked with ZTEX since we were awarded The Fountains at Farrah project in El Paso, Texas.  ZTEX’s integrity and commitment to EMJ for their grading and earthwork were outstanding.

What you can expect from ZTEX is a streamlined, honest process built upon open communication and through market/industry knowledge that dramatically simplifies the construction process.  They are a partner to be relied upon from the start of a project.  Our experience with ZTEX’s performance is just one example of the commitment that they have made in developing lasting relationships built upon integrity and mutual respect.

Their commitment to quality and understanding of the importance of a cohesive design makes them a great partner in arriving at solutions to budget constraints, helping to meet the financial, functional and aesthetic goals of a project.  They are proven stewards of an owner’s money, steadfastly adhering to strict budget constraints and schedules.

Sincerely,
Ray Catlin
