Team Building
The Human Resources Department held a Management Training for all Supervisors at ZTEX. This training is one of many the HR Department has lined up to help our employees grow. Debbie and Vanessa used independent and team building exercises to give our supervisors new leadership skills. Project Managers and Superintendents worked on effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to delegate. We encourage our supervisors to use these tools they learned every day with their crew!
