Project Manager, Ezri Navarro stated that Lazaro is energetic and enjoys his work. He truly leads by example by setting the tone for his crew to follow and always being a team player at every project he’s at.

Congrats to ZTEX Project Manager, Ernesto Beyer! Ernesto has been with ZTEX for three years, and has shown his hard work and commitment. He works with every project partner and Superintendent to make sure all projects stay in schedule and in budget. Ernesto stated that the key to staying on top of the work is engineering skills and project planning. Keeping every detail in the projects organized makes the project run smoothly.
