Montecillo Unit 11 development started in early 2017 which included cut & fill, underground utilities, concrete and asphalt paving. The location began as an uneven 124-acre terrain, which had to be flattened and graded. The ZTEX crews worked for hours on end, at one point having well over 60 employees working to get the site done within schedule. To show appreciation for all the crew’s hard work, Project Managers Genaro Roldan and Ezri Navarro held a celebratory luncheon for ZTEX Employees. EPT Land Communities joined the celebration for a successful year with ZTEX!
