SUMMARY

Working as sub-contractor for MW Builders and LMG Construction, ZTEX Construction Inc. provided Fort Bliss with over 100 acres of earthwork and mass excavation to build the Operational Readiness Training Complex (ORTC). This large military project included over 700,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, installing over 600,000 square feet of 60mil PPE pond liner for two oxidation ponds, gravel base for roads and parking lots, and SWPPP installation and maintenance.
