ZTEX Construction Inc. has been subcontracted by EMJ to perform all the earthwork, utilities, retaining rock walls, curb, gutter, and asphalt paving in preparation for a new west side Whole Foods Supermarket on the corner of N. Mesa & Pitt Street across from Coronado High School.
