The City of El Paso has recently renewed The Paving of Unpaved Rights-of-Way for 2017 with ZTEX Construction, Inc.

The Paving of Unpaved Rights-of-Way 2014-2015 contract was awarded to ZTEX Construction Inc. by the City of El Paso. The contract includes asphalt paving and concrete work for many select alleyways throughout the city. Work involves excavation, subgrade prep, laying base course, and concrete parkway structures. All work is completed with the utmost care to avoid any damages to existing structures and utilities.
