The City of El Paso has recently renewed The Paving of Unpaved Rights-of-Way for 2016 with ZTEX Construction, Inc.

The contract includes asphalt paving and concrete work for many select alleyways throughout the city. Work involves excavation, subgrade prep, laying base course, and concrete parkway structures. All work is completed with the utmost care to avoid any damages to existing structures and utilities.
