ZTEX Construction Inc. was chosen as the earthwork sub-contractor by Hunt Companies Inc. for the Peyton Pass Commercial Project located near Horizon City, Texas. The project includes clearing and grubbing, cut-to-fill and cut-to-export from an offsite pond. Rough grade and fine grade along with building pads will also be completed on the 22-acre site.
