CANstruction brings together the Architecture/ Engineering/Construction student and professional communities in the spirit of competition and giving back. Teams build giant structures entirely out of canned food in an exhibit that is open to the public. When the exhibition is over, the structures get dismantled. All of the canned food and money raised goes to the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank.
